Statement:

“Our business started in 2018. Our business purpose is to grow and be a part of agriculture in Africa. We strive in developing high yielding crops through our products and services, ultimately developing our God-given land and its people. We aim to make a difference to our clients through our efficiency in supply and product service. We allow our farmers to do what they do best (which is to farm), while we continue to supply and assist in the management of crops, if necessary.

Orand Bell’s background

My parents were sugarcane farmers in Natal, where I developed a love and passion for farming whilst growing up. I attended an agricultural college during my high school years, and then developed a trade in diesel mechanics after schooling. I have also done over 15 agricultural based courses including Advanced Soil Fertility and Soil Classification. My latest achievement was the completion of my Basos Degree with FERTASA.

We are also very happy and privileged to say that we are a very tight, family-run business. My wife, Michelle, and I have worked closely together to establish our business, and our two young children are always very involved, wherever and whenever they can be.

Another privilege we have, is being able to donate a percentage of all our company profits to a children’s orphanage by the name of Lily of the Valley. We often keep in touch with them and do fun days/fundraisers to help contribute and assist towards this wonderful cause and our community.

Orand Bell

Director/Head of Sales

Orand Bell who is our Company Director and Head of Sales, having been involved in Agriculture his whole life. Growing up on a sugar cane farm, being educated at an Agricultural College to later completing over 11 various Agricultural based courses and exams via the University of Pennsylvania in the States, to Cedara locally. Agriculture has always been a part of his life to some form of degree.

Michelle Bell

CEO / Head of Finance / Procurement

Michelle Bell who is our CEO, and works at the forefront of our office team. She is also the wife of Orand Bell (Company Director), working side by side with her husband in growing and expanding the Company’s Agricultural dream and vision.

“Born and raised all of my childhood down the South Coast, my husband, Orand, and I moved up to the Natal Midlands to start our family life, and Orand his new Agricultural job venture. With 2 kids, currently aged 11 & 9, we have loved the life the Midlands has had to offer. Being a mother and extremely family-orientated, it is such a privilege to be able to work side by side with Orand, and grow our Business and passion for Agriculture and people. The Lord has blessed us abundantly, and we cannot wait for the future plans and prospects He has awaiting us.

Berylgean Bahadur

Head Of Administration

Beryl is our head of Administration and PA to the CEO, Michelle Bell. Beryl is born and bred in the KZN, Midlands. Beryl has a passion for admin and enjoys being of service to customers. She is a peoples person and admires nature. Family and laughter are the priceless gifts she values. She is committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our clients. Beryl loves the lord unconditionally , her virtue shows as she strives steadfastly .
